Digiweb Limited has announced the appointments of Michael Doyle, to head it’s Finance department; Brian O’Connell, to lead it’s expanding Sales organisation; and Dan King to spearhead Digiweb’s Hosting and Managed Services division.
Michael, a qualified accountant (ACMA) and experienced banker, joins Digiweb as Head of Finance. Until recently with the Corporate unit of Lombard (a division of Royal Bank of Scotland) and prior to that with diverse experience across Bank of Ireland Corporate and Business Banking, and domestic and international Finance.
Brian has extensive experience developing sales strategies and leading sales teams across multiple sales channels and has held senior sales and marketing positions with both Dell and Oracle. He has worked with a number of high profile technology and consumer companies in significantly growing their market share.
Dan has spent the last nine years working with Internet technologies, particularly in the area of web and Internet infrastructure. More recently as Technical Operations Manager with Hosting 365, Dan has been extensively involved in the development and on-going management of a number of key outsourced managed services solutions, including many of Ireland’s most traffic-intensive and successful websites.
