Our operations in light of the COVID -19 situation
We’d like to take this opportunity to keep you updated on our operations in light of the COVID -19 situation. Overall we are fully operational. Our telephone lines, email and web chat facilities are operating to regular working hours although they are being staffed remotely with the majority of our employees working from home. We do envisage that due to the increased numbers of people working from home countrywide our telephone lines may experience some delays so would ask you to bear with us in these challenging times. During this time call back’s from our team may appear from a private number however please rest assured that the connection is secure. Remember you can also contact us via webchat and we’ll be providing updates via social media.
In terms of service technician visit’s for faults that may arise these are still proceeding with a health and safety check being completed were customers are given a reminder call the day before their order appointment. We would also like to reassure you that our nationwide network is fully scaled and ready to cope with any increased bandwidth requirements placed upon it. Our 24 hour Network Operations centre remains fully staffed.
During these challenging times Digiweb are here to support you, we are aware that you may perhaps require a package upgrade or an alternative voice package to ensure that you can work from home or stay in contact with friends, family and loved ones. If you need some support or advise please don’t hesitate to get in contact, in most case’s upgrades can be performed within one hour.
