How quickly you can download a song, view a video or large document, etc. Upload speed is the speed with which you can send content. This could be sending an email, uploading photos to a website. Download the Porting Form. Complete it and return it with a copy of your most recent Eir (or other provider invoice) to Digiweb. Porting typically takes 24-48 hours once the correctly completed form has been received.
