Digiweb service calls are completed by trained engineers. They will visit your premises to complete an onsite investigation of your connection and the problems you are experiencing and have reported to our Technical Support team. Prior to being contacted by our Schedulers and should you wish to speak with our Schedulers directly, they can be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on 1918 option 1.
Customer will get a call from installation team within 10 days of placing order to confirm the installation date and time. Engineer will bring modem with him to be installed as part of the Satellite installation. Appointment dates will be shown on the customer’s account.
